Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing informed guidance on vintage watches and jewellery. The role involves managing sales transactions, handling cash and card payments, and issuing receipts accurately. The Sales Assistant will assist with displaying and maintaining merchandise, ensuring products are presented attractively and securely. Additional tasks include answering queries in person or by phone, keeping the sales area tidy, monitoring stock levels, and supporting basic administrative duties as needed.
