Sales Assistant

Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role is based at Baobab Collection’s London location. The Sales Assistant supports daily store operations, warmly welcomes customers, and provides knowledgeable guidance on products and collections. Responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the purchasing process, maintaining visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock, and ensuring the sales area is clean and well-organized. The role also involves processing transactions accurately, handling customer inquiries and returns, and supporting sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling where appropriate.
