Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support daily office and sales operations in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and builds positive working relationships across teams and customers. The role offers a strong opportunity to contribute through administrative coordination, sales support, and general office assistance while maintaining accurate records and efficient workflows. Due to the nature of the work and onsite requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents. Applicants should be able to reliably commute or reside within the region to meet business needs. Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for sales and office activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and external contacts through phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Maintain organized files, records, and office documents to support smooth business operations and easy information access.
- Assist with preparing reports, letters, spreadsheets, and other business materials using standard office software.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-up activities to help the team stay informed and on track.
- Support basic accounting and recordkeeping tasks such as tracking invoices, receivables, payables, and related documentation when needed.
- Contribute to office coverage and operational support that may require local travel and dependable transportation.
- Help monitor office processes and provide guidance to support efficient daily workflow when assigned additional responsibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of experience in office, administrative, or sales support environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
- Solid interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach to work.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience using office software for word processing, databases, and document or newsletter preparation preferred.
