The Sales Assistant will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations for tennis, padel, pickleball, and other racket sports equipment. Responsibilities include handling in-store sales, assisting with merchandising and stock organization, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, well-presented retail environment. The role also involves answering customer inquiries, supporting online order pickups, and coordinating with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
