Since 2015, ba&sh has accelerated its global growth with support from L Catterton and the LVMH network, expanding its international footprint while staying true to its creative roots.Role Description The Keyholder/Sales Associate at ba&sh in San Diego, CA (UTC Mall) is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering an elevated in-store experience and supporting daily boutique operations. This role includes greeting customers, providing personalized styling advice, and driving sales through excellent product presentation and service. The Keyholder/Sales Associate will open and close the store, handle cash and POS transactions, and support inventory management, merchandising, and replenishment. The role also involves maintaining visual standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and actively contributing to team goals and store performance.Qualifications Strong Retail Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building relationships and meeting sales targets.Solid Product Knowledge and ability to translate brand values into styling advice and recommendations.Excellent Communication skills and commitment to delivering a high-quality Customer Experience.Previous experience in fashion retail or luxury retail is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays.Reliability in keyholder responsibilities, including store opening/closing and cash handling.Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
