ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AS).Sales Associate – ANTA UAEWe are looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team in the UAE.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.Deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience.Build strong customer relationships and promote customer loyalty.Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.Support daily store operations, POS transactions, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.Support and collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives.Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.Ensure compliance with ANTA policies, mall regulations, and operational standards.Prepare and support daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.🔹 Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, or footwear.Previous UAE retail experience is highly preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.Excellent communication and customer-service skills.Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.Good knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.Passion for sports, fashion, retail, and customer service.Positive, energetic, and customer-focused mindset.Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
