The Sales Associate will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable fragrances and product combinations. Responsibilities include demonstrating products, explaining key scent notes and brand stories, processing sales transactions, and ensuring accurate cash handling. The role also involves maintaining store displays, stock organization, and cleanliness, as well as handling returns and exchanges according to company policies. The Sales Associate will support promotional activities, build lasting customer relationships, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.Qualifications Customer service and retail sales skills, including the ability to engage with diverse customers and provide personalized recommendations.Communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken English and the ability to explain product features and benefits effectively.Basic POS, cash handling, and inventory management skills to process transactions and assist with stock monitoring.Interest in fragrances and luxury products, with the ability to learn scent profiles, product lines, and brand values.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional appearance consistent with a luxury retail environment.Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced retail setting, and follow store procedures and guidelines.Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or retail training is beneficial.
