Sales Associate

EDION is an Italian luxury home fragrance brand specializing in premium diffusers, candles, room sprays, and home fragrances. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional and engaging manner.Understand customers' needs and recommend products accordingly.Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service.Maintain excellent product knowledge across all EDION collections.Ensure the boutique is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.Process sales accurately using the store's POS system.Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.Represent the EDION brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.Requirements:Preferred: Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience (strong candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply).Previous experience in luxury retail, fragrance, home decor, beauty, or a related industry is highly preferred.Fluent in English and Arabic.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Well-presented with a professional appearance.Confident in engaging with customers and delivering a premium shopping experience.Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented.Comfortable learning and using retail sales and POS systems.Able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays when required.What we're looking for:We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and has a passion for luxury products.
