Company Description Specialized Poles Factory and Steel Industries designs and manufactures a broad range of steel poles and related structures for infrastructure and development projects. Key products include CCTV poles, light poles, smart poles with integrated technologies, lattice towers for communication and power, and custom steel structures tailored to project specifications. The company serves customers primarily across the GCC region, including the UAE, Oman and Saudi. Operations follow international standards to ensure durability, safety, and weather resistance, with a strong focus on meeting project requirements and deadlines. The team partners closely with contractors, government entities, and private companies to support both small and large-scale projects with reliable, high-quality solutions.We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to develop new business and promote our range of CCTV poles, lighting poles, ANPR poles, smart poles, bollards, gantries, brackets and custom steel fabrication solutions.Key Responsibilities- Generate new leads and enquiries through calls, emails, LinkedIn and customer visits.- Develop relationships with Lighting/ELV/CCTV contractors, MEP contractors, consultants and construction companies.-Coordinate with engineering and production teams.- Prepare and follow up quotations and proposals until order confirmation.- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.- Maintain existing customers and develop new accounts.- Coordinate with technical and production teams for customer requirements.- Maintain daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.- Follow up on customer payments when required.QualificationsMinimum1- 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in UAE.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Email.Experience in steel fabrication, Lighting/CCTV/ELV, construction or engineering products preferred.Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.Target-oriented with the ability to generate new business independently.Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to handle both new and existing accounts.Experience or familiarity with industrial products, steel structures, or infrastructure projects, and the ability to understand basic technical specifications will be an added advantage.Solid communication and presentation skills in English.UAE driving license preferred.Immediate JoinersInterested candidates can send their updated CV to info@polesfactory.com
