Sales Associate

Nuevo’s Kitchen is looking for someone to take charge of our food business on the ground.We run a central kitchen supplying our outlets and institutional customers. We have the kitchen, products and team in place, but we need a person who can connect the work across them, solve daily problems and bring in more business.This role is for someone who is comfortable doing both: leading operations and going out to win customers.What you’ll be responsible forCoordinate the central kitchen, outlets and deliveries so orders go out correctly and on time.Lead the team day to day, spot gaps and make sure problems are actually resolved.Approach schools, offices, institutions and other potential customers; follow up and convert enquiries into orders.Find practical ways to increase sales of our existing products and develop new opportunities.Track sales, customer feedback, food waste and recurring operational issues.Work directly with the owners to set targets and report what is working.Who should applyA degree or diploma in Hotel Management is mandatory.You have practical experience in food service operations and are willing to work on the ground.You can speak confidently with customers, negotiate, follow up and close business.You can lead a small team without waiting for someone else to solve every problem.You are organised enough to keep the kitchen, outlets and customers coordinated.We are open to someone early in their management career who has the drive to take ownership. You do not need a senior corporate title.
