The Sales Associate will support daily sales operations, including assisting customers, presenting product features and benefits, and recommending suitable glassware solutions. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders and transactions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in the showroom or store environment. The role also involves building lasting relationships with clients, supporting promotional activities, and providing feedback to the team on customer needs and market trends.Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience with upselling, cross-selling, and working toward sales targets.Communication and presentation skills, with clear spoken and written English; Polish language skills are highly beneficial.Organizational and time-management capabilities, including handling multiple customer requests and maintaining accurate records.Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software; comfort learning new digital tools.Interest in design, home décor, or premium consumer products; experience in retail or glassware sales is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Warsaw, including evenings or weekends as needed, and to stand for extended periods.Secondary education required; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
