The company values attentive service, product knowledge, and a boutique environment that makes every visit feel individualized and special.Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at our boutique in Colorado Springs, CO. In this position, the Sales Associate greets clients, provides personalized styling and fit guidance, and assists with product selection to create a unique shopping experience. Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, handling cash and electronic payments, maintaining accurate records, and achieving individual and store sales goals. The role also involves merchandising displays, restocking inventory, keeping fitting rooms and sales areas tidy, and supporting inventory counts. Sales Associates collaborate with the team to uphold store standards, follow company policies, and contribute to a respectful and inclusive environment.Qualifications Client service and communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and a professional, welcoming demeanor.Retail sales and customer experience skills, such as assisting clients with product selection, cross-selling, and working toward sales targets.Merchandising and store operations skills, including organizing displays, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and supporting inventory management.Point-of-sale and basic math skills to process transactions accurately, handle multiple payment methods, and reconcile sales as needed.Ability to handle sensitive topics and products with discretion, respect, and a non-judgmental, gender-neutral approach.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Previous retail, boutique, or fashion experience is preferred; lingerie or intimate apparel experience is a plus but not required.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, fashion, or customer service is beneficial.
