The Sales Associate will welcome customers, provide knowledgeable guidance on jewelry selections, and deliver a personalized, luxury experience on the sales floor. Daily responsibilities include engaging customers, presenting product features and benefits, handling sales transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness. The role also involves learning and sharing detailed product information, supporting promotional events, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Sales Associates collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with Jared’s standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create welcoming, personalized experiences.Candidates should possess solid sales, upselling, and cross-selling abilities, including comfort with meeting targets and handling closing conversations.Candidates should possess effective communication and active listening skills, with clear, professional verbal and interpersonal abilities.Candidates should possess basic math and point-of-sale (POS) skills, including handling cash, card transactions, and accurate record-keeping.Candidates should possess attention to detail and organizational skills, supporting visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.Ability to work on-site in Goodlettsville, TN, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Prior retail, jewelry, or luxury goods experience is beneficial but not required; a strong interest in fine jewelry and fashion is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ongoing training will be provided to build product knowledge and sales expertise.
