The individual in this role will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their real estate requirements, and present suitable property options across residential, commercial, and retail segments. Daily responsibilities include conducting property tours, managing inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems. The Sales Associate will coordinate with internal teams and developers, assist in negotiations, support documentation processes, and contribute to meeting sales targets while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.Qualifications Client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to understand requirements, present options clearly, and maintain ongoing contact with prospects and customers.Sales and negotiation skills, with experience or aptitude in converting leads, handling objections, and supporting deal closure in a competitive market.Basic understanding of real estate markets, property types, and local regulations in the Pune Division, or strong willingness to learn quickly.Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple inquiries, property visits, and documentation with attention to detail.Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems for lead tracking, reporting, and maintaining up-to-date client and property information.Ability to work on-site, collaborate with team members, and adapt to dynamic client schedules, including weekends or extended hours when required.Prior experience in real estate sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.Minimum educational qualification such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field preferred.
