The company also strives to elevate Indian traditional fashion on a global stage while supporting the artistry and skills of Indian karigars and weavers.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in West Delhi. The Sales Associate will welcome and assist customers on the showroom floor, understand their requirements, and guide them through bridal, couture, and occasion wear selections. Responsibilities include presenting product features, styling options, and customization possibilities, as well as handling queries, fitting room support, and basic measurements. The role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring inventory is well-organized, and coordinating with the back-end team for orders, alterations, and deliveries. The Sales Associate will process sales transactions, manage billing and documentation, support post-purchase customer service, and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.Qualifications Customer service and relationship-building skills, including active listening, empathy, and a consultative approach to sales.Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with professional presentation and the ability to explain product details clearly.Sales and retail operations skills, such as handling POS systems, managing billing, and working towards defined sales targets.Basic fashion and styling awareness, with an interest in Indian ethnic wear, bridal trends, fabrics, and embellishments.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, coordinate fittings, and manage order follow-ups.Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including weekends and peak wedding seasons, and collaborate in a team environment.Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or wedding wear sales is preferred but not mandatory.Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); a diploma or degree in fashion, retail, or business is an added advantage.
