Sales Associate

Optifashion is looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Sales Associate with optical retail experience to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a passion for eyewear and fashion, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and hands-on experience advising customers on frames, eyewear styles, and prescription lenses. We are seeking someone who can deliver personalized customer service, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving store sales targets while maintaining the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent and personalized customer serviceAdvise customers on eyewear, frames, and prescription lensesAchieve individual sales targets and KPIsMaintain excellent product and eyewear fashion knowledgeAssist with visual merchandising, stock management, and after-sales serviceHandle sales transactions, exchanges, and refundsMaintain a clean and professional store environmentHandle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of optical retail sales experienceExperience with prescription lenses and eyewear is requiredStrong sales and customer service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent English; Arabic or Russian is an advantageConfident, professional, and team-orientedWillingness to learn and work in a target-driven environmentCurrently residing in the UAE
