The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the showroom/store.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.Achieve individual and team sales targets.Explain product features, benefits, prices, and promotions to customers.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.Maintain excellent customer relationships and encourage repeat business.Ensure the sales area/showroom is clean, organized, and well presented.Assist with stock checking, product displays, and replenishment when required.Process sales transactions accurately and coordinate with the cashier/accounts team.Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.Keep updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.Prepare and maintain basic sales-related reports when required.Job RequirementsEmirati National – Mandatory.High school diploma or equivalent; relevant qualification is an advantage.Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or showroom operations is preferred.Freshers may also be considered based on the company's requirements.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.Strong selling and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Good command of Arabic and English is preferred.Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.Candidates should be willing to work at different locations across the UAE.
