Al-Tuhoo continues to grow its portfolio, focusing on quality products and strong partnerships.Role Description The Sales Associate for the Specialty Tea Showroom in a mall will provide an engaging and knowledgeable customer experience, helping guests discover and select premium teas. This full-time, on-site role is based in Shuwaikh and involves welcoming customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable tea products and accessories. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring the showroom is clean and well-organized, handling point-of-sale transactions, and managing basic stock replenishment. The Sales Associate will also support product sampling, communicate current promotions, and share brand stories to enhance customer engagement. Collaboration with the showroom team and adherence to company policies and hygiene standards are essential.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen, communicate clearly, and build rapport with diverse customers.Candidates should possess sales and retail skills, including product recommendation, upselling, handling cash and POS systems, and basic inventory awareness.Candidates should possess tea and product knowledge skills, or a willingness to learn about different tea types, brewing methods, flavor profiles, and brand history.Candidates should possess organizational and showroom presentation skills, including attention to detail in merchandising, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.Candidates should possess reliability and teamwork skills, including punctuality, the ability to follow procedures, and effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.Previous retail or food & beverage experience is preferred; fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh on a full-time schedule, including weekends and mall peak hours as needed.
