Job Title – Sales Associate / Guest Service AssociateType – 6 months ContractWork Location – DubaiSalary – AED 2400 -2800NP- Immediate / 30 daysIndustry- Retail Mandatory details/Skills-Approach and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.Promote and sell photos, digital photographs, souvenirs, and related products using AI-powered digital camera technology.Operate the AI digital camera and ensure high-quality photos are captured for customers.Explain available photo packages, digital options, souvenirs, and pricing to customers.Upsell additional photos, souvenir items, and packages where appropriate.Handle customer queries and provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.Process payments and maintain accurate sales records.Ensure all sales targets and daily KPIs are achieved.Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the camera/equipment and sales area.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer flow and timely delivery of photos/products.Handle customer feedback and resolve basic concerns professionally.Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude while representing the brandKey Skills RequiredPrevious experience in sales, retail, hospitality, guest service, or customer-facing roles is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Confident and comfortable approaching customers proactively.Good English communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
