This position is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of fine jewelry, including engagement rings, fashion pieces, and custom designs. Day-to-day tasks include presenting product options, explaining features and benefits, processing sales transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves providing after-sales support such as sizing, repairs, and cleaning, while building long-term customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service. Sales Associates collaborate with team members to meet individual and store sales goals, adhere to company policies, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on product lines and brand initiatives.Qualifications Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a customer-focused environment.Solid Product Knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals, or a willingness to learn quickly and continuously.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear explanation of options, and professional, respectful interactions.Attention to detail and integrity in handling payments, documentation, and high-value merchandise.Ability to stand for extended periods, work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.Prior experience in retail, jewelry, or luxury goods is preferred but not required; training will be provided.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales, merchandising, or gemology are a plus.
