About the RoleThe Sales Associate is responsible for escorting the customer through the sales ritual, upholding the brand characteristics while exhibiting impeccable professionalism and knowledge of the product.ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals assigned by the Store Manager and by the CompanyPerform a sales ritual in line with brand policy: helping customers choose products that best suit their needs and desires, and ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of salesOrganize your own work in order to achieve sales objectives and observe timelinesKeep constant tabs on products present in the store and their prices, capture customer data according to the CRMEnsure that customers are informed of the arrival of new collections and special eventsContribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with brand visual standardsTake an active role in inventory.
