We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and a target-driven mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers and provide excellent customer service.Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.Promote and recommend products based on customer needs.Handle store operations, billing, and customer queries.Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well presented.Support inventory management, stock checks, and replenishment.Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.RequirementsExperience in Retail, Watches, Perfumes, Accessories, or related products.Strong communication and customer service skills.Sales and target-driven mindset.Experience in store operations and inventory management.Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.Willingness to relocate within the UAE.CompensationSalary: AED 3,000 + CommissionCommission: Applicable upon achieving monthly sales targets.
