Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Kiosk Sales Associate / Promoter to represent IQAir at our kiosk in Riyadh, Park Mall. This role requires someone who can deliver exceptional customer service, understand indoor air quality challenges, and confidently present IQAir’s premium solutions. You will be the face of IQAir bringing Swiss technology and clean-air education directly to customers in a retail environment. Join us and help bring clean air to Riyadh and Saudi Arabia. Your Tasks · Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable IQAir solutions· Sell IQAir air purifiers and air quality monitors by understanding customer requirements· Present and demonstrate products clearly, deliver technical features into real-life benefits· Build strong customer relationships that encourage trust· Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets with a result-driven approach· Maintain kiosk hygiene, organization, and premium visual presentation· Replenish stock, manage displays, and kiosk inventory· Ensure the kiosk reflects IQAir’s Swiss-quality brand image· Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and professional conductOur Requirements · This position is open to Saudi Nationals only· Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)· 2–4 years of proven retail sales experience (kiosk or store experience in Saudi Arabia preferred)· Excellent track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets· Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer needs analysis, and negotiation· Familiar with the Saudi Arabia retail market and customer behavior· Dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a hands-on mentality· Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays· Basic computer and POS system knowledge Our Offer · Competitive salary· Swiss expert training on clean air technology, sales, and customer engagement· The opportunity to be a key player in a vital, growing, and globally impactful industry· A supportive and international work environment driven by innovation, quality, and purpose
