We're looking for someone who genuinely loves footwear, understands what great service feels like, and wants to be part of something that's still taking shape. You'll be on the floor, with customers at our new Neal Street store.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a warm, knowledgeable experience to every customerKeep the shop floor looking the way it shouldAchieve individual sales and service targetsDevelop expert product knowledge across the collectionShare customer feedback and commercial insights with managementAbout YouYou've worked in retail or a customer-facing role before. You're confident, curious, and you take pride in the details. You don't need a script to start a conversation.
