Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleMaylaa Group is seeking an enthusiastic Emirati Sales Associate to join its retail team.

The successful candidate will help customers select suitable products, deliver excellent service and contribute to the store’s sales targets.Key Responsibilities* Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.* Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.* Explain product features, brands, new arrivals and promotions.* Achieve individual sales targets and support overall store performance.* Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.* Process sales and payments accurately using the store’s point-of-sale system.* Maintain attractive product displays and a clean, organised sales area.* Support stock replenishment, inventory counts and accurate product handling.* Handle customer enquiries and refer complaints to the store manager when needed.* Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures and service standards.Requirements* UAE national book.* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.* A genuine interest in sales, perfumes, beauty or luxury retail.* Friendly, confident and focused on customer service.* Good teamwork, attention to detail and time-management skills.* Willingness to learn about products and develop sales skills.* Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends.* Previous retail or customer-service experience is an advantage.
