• Customized solutions based on our clients’ needsThe OpportunityCloser Core is looking for a motivated and well connected Business Development Partner to help us identify new clients, build relationships with decision makers, and bring new business opportunities to the company.This is a commission only, performance based opportunity.There is no fixed monthly salary or guaranteed compensation. Earnings are generated based on successful business and projects that result from clients and opportunities personally brought to Closer Core.The commission structure and specific terms will be discussed privately during the interview.This opportunity is particularly suited to individuals who already have a strong professional network, access to business owners and decision makers, or the ability to consistently generate new business opportunities.Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients and businesses
• Generate new business opportunities and leads
• Introduce Closer Core and our solutions to potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and decision makers
• Understand potential clients’ needs and identify relevant solutions
• Arrange meetings and introductions between qualified prospects and the Closer Core
• Follow up with prospects and support the business development process
• Develop long term relationships with clients
• Bring new projects and opportunities to Closer CoreWho We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate should have:
• Strong communication and networking skills
• An entrepreneurial and results driven mindset
• Confidence when communicating with business owners and decision makers
• The ability to identify and develop business opportunities
• A strong professional network or the ability to build one
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, consulting, sponsorships, government services, or related fields is preferred
• Existing relationships with companies, executives, business owners, or decision makers will be considered a strong advantageLocation PreferenceCandidates based in Riyadh are strongly preferred.The role involves developing relationships with businesses and decision makers in Riyadh. Familiarity with the local business environment and an existing Riyadh based network will be considered an advantage.Compensation StructureThis is a commission only position.
