Location: DubaiExperience: 3–5 yearsIndustry: Advertising / Branding / Events / MarketingWe are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new business for our branding, advertising, marketing and events company.We need someone who understands the industry, knows how to approach businesses, pitch creative services and, most importantly, close deals.What you’ll do* Bring in new clients and generate business opportunities* Identify and approach potential clients across different industries* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline* Handle the complete sales process from *lead generation to closing** Pitch our services including *branding, digital marketing, advertising, events, creative and media** Meet clients, understand their requirements and identify opportunities* Prepare quotations and proposals with the internal team* Negotiate and close deals* Follow up consistently with leads and potential clients* Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients* Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project handover* Work towards monthly sales targetsWhat we’re looking for *3–5 years of sales/business development experience in an advertising, branding, events or marketing agency** Strong understanding of how agency sales works* Proven ability to generate leads and close business* Confident communication and negotiation skills* Energetic, outgoing and comfortable meeting new people* Strong networking and relationship-building skills* Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings and follow-ups* Able to pitch creative/marketing services confidently* Self-driven and able to work independently* UAE market experience and existing business connections are a strong advantageThe right personWe want someone who is energetic, confident, well-connected and genuinely good at sales.Someone who can walk into a meeting, understand what the client needs, present the right solution and turn the opportunity into business.If you know the advertising/branding/events industry and know how to bring in business, we want to hear from you.
