Applicants joining the team can expect to work in a dynamic environment that values operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.Job SummaryResponsible for generating new business, acquiring customers, and converting qualified prospects into profitable and collectible freight forwarding revenue.Key Responsibilities:Achieve assigned activity, pipeline, revenue, GP, and new-customer targets.Generate leads through customer visits, referrals, networking, and market research.Qualify customer volumes, trade lanes, service requirements, buying criteria, creditworthiness, and decision timelines.Coordinate accurate RFQs/RFPs with Pricing and follow up on quotations within agreed timelines.Convert opportunities into active, profitable, and collectible accounts.Complete KYC and credit processes and maintain accurate CRM records from lead to conversion.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field 5–6 years of direct freight forwarding sales experience, particularly for BDM and experienced commercial roles.Established prospect network and active sales pipeline within the applied region.Proven track record in lead generation, customer acquisition, and first-shipment conversion.Strong knowledge of freight forwarding services and commercial processes.Strong negotiation, communication, follow-up, and business development skills. Total Vacancies: (3)Jeddah – 1 Vacancy Riyadh – 1 Vacancy Dammam/Khobar – 1 Vacancy
