We’re hiring a Sales Associate at OUMA! 🐎OUMA is an equestrian retailer in Saudi Arabia, offering riding apparel, footwear, helmets, and equipment for horses and riders. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated salesperson who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Location: RiyadhWhat you’ll do:Welcome customers and help them find products that suit their needs.Develop strong product knowledge to confidently advise on features, sizing, and fit.Build lasting customer relationships and follow up on enquiries.Work with the team to achieve store sales targets.Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately.Keep the store organised, well presented, and stocked.Assist with deliveries, stock checks, and inventory accuracy.What we’re looking for:Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.Strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional attitude.A proactive, reliable team player with attention to detail.Confidence using sales systems and learning new tools.Availability to work retail shifts, including evenings and weekends.An interest in horses or equestrian sports is a plus.Interested?
