The company maintains strong attention to detail from concept through production to ensure refined results.Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role is based in Dubai. The Sales Consultant will greet and engage clients in the gallery, present product features and benefits, and guide clients through the selection of furniture, lighting, accessories, and decor. The role involves preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries. The Sales Consultant will maintain product knowledge, support visual merchandising, and contribute to sales targets while upholding the brand’s luxury service standards. The role also includes maintaining accurate customer records and providing after-sales support to reinforce long-term client relationships.Qualifications Strong Sales Consulting skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills focused on delivering a high-quality, luxury client experience.Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients and project stakeholders.Consulting skills to collaborate with clients, interior designers, and project teams on product selection and customization.Previous experience in luxury retail, furniture, interiors, or design-related sales is highly preferred.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including weekends or extended hours when required.Proficiency in basic CRM or sales tracking tools and comfort with digital communication channels.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
