If you thrive in high-touch retail environments and enjoy selling premium lifestyle products, this is an opportunity to represent a wellness brand in a beautiful showroom setting with full benefits.What You’ll Do:Lead the Showroom ExperienceServe as the primary in-store expert for walk-in customersDeliver personalized consultations and live product demonstrationsGuide customers through product selection with confidence and expertiseManage Appointments (In-Person + Virtual)Conduct scheduled consultations via showroom, phone, and videoTailor recommendations based on customer needs and space constraintsSupport customers from discovery through purchase decisionDrive Sales Through Follow-UpRe-engage warm and inactive leadsSupport both online and in-store sales initiativesMaintain consistent CRM follow-upSupport Retail OperationsMaintain showroom presentation and merchandising standardsAssist with inventory and opening/closing proceduresOccasionally support local events or tradeshowsDeliver a Premium Customer ExperienceBuild trust through product knowledge and consultative sellingProvide post-purchase support to ensure long-term satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of face-to-face retail sales experience (luxury, home goods, wellness, sporting goods, or similar preferred)Strong consultative sales skills (not transactional selling)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable using CRM and sales software toolsReliable attendance and strong work ethicComfortable standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbsPreferred Experience:Tradeshow or event sales experienceExperience in premium home, spa, or outdoor productsAbility to communicate in Spanish is a strong plusCompensation: As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into this position.
