Sales Consultant - Home Interiors

Role Description: This full-time, on-site Sales Consultant - Home Interiors role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Identify customers’ home renovation requirements, develop whole-house customization solutions, conduct business negotiations and follow up on sales until deal closure, and provide timely feedback on local market information.The Sales Consultant will welcome and guide customers through home interior product selections, understand their needs and preferences, and propose tailored solutions that align with design and budget requirements. Responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales to meet or exceed individual and team targets. The Sales Consultant will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and after-sales follow-up.QualificationsMinimum of one year of experience in sales.Prior sales experience in whole-house customizationFluent in Arabic with the ability to independently communicate and negotiate with Saudi clients. Experience working in Middle Eastern home furnishing showrooms is a plus. Familiar with custom cabinetry, wardrobes, and woodwork products.Strong Sales Consulting skills with a proven ability to understand client needs and provide suitable home interior solutions.Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring positive experiences.Excellent Communication and Consulting skills, including active listening, clear presentation, and professional negotiation.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
