Sales Consultant – Renovation & Fit-Out

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based design and build company specializing in premium residential renovations, fit-out, extensions, landscaping, pools, and custom joinery. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.The ideal candidate is ambitious, confident with clients, strong at closing, and highly motivated by targets and commission.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert incoming renovation and fit-out leads.Meet clients, understand requirements, and conduct site visits.Present proposals, negotiate, follow up, and close projects.Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and partnerships.Maintain and actively manage the sales pipeline.Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams.Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.RequirementsStrong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.3+ years UAE experience in renovation, fit-out, construction, interiors, or real estate preferred.Existing Dubai network is an advantage.UAE driving licence required.Compensation: Base salary + attractive performance-based commission with strong earning potential for high performers.If you are interested, please share your CV alongside a few words about yourself to georges.chahwan@reviverenovation.ae
