Sales Coordinator & Inventory Management

Role OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator & Inventory Management professional to handle day-to-day sales support and stock operations. In this mid-level execution role, you will act as the vital link between our clients, sales reps, and warehouse team. Your main goal will be to process orders smoothly while tracking warehouse stock levels to make sure we always have the inventory needed to fulfill client requests.Key Responsibilities📞 Sales Support & Order CoordinationHandle daily order processing by entering client orders and updates accurately into our database.Update customers and sales reps on shipping timelines, order status, and tracking information.Generate standard paperwork such as invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists for the warehouse team.Assist in resolving minor client complaints regarding order delays, short shipments, or wrong items.📦 Inventory & Stock ManagementTrack daily stock levels to ensure warehouse inventory matches our digital system records.Coordinate cycle counts and physical stock checks with the warehouse floor staff.Flag low-stock items to supervisors so purchase orders can be raised before items run out.Apply stock rotation rules (like FIFO/FEFO) when allocating inventory to outgoing shipments.Log damaged or returned goods into the system and assist with the returns process.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1 to 3 years of practical experience handling both sales coordination and inventory tasks in logistics, distribution, or wholesale.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, or any related discipline.

Technical Skills

Comfortable working with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Tally, NetSuite) or specialized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Solid skills in Microsoft Excel (sorting data, basic formulas, tracking sheets).Core Competencies:Clear and clear communication style for talking to clients and warehouse teams.Practical problem-solving skills for managing transport delays or stock discrepancies.Good time management to balance afternoon shipping deadlines with morning paperwork.
