قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob PurposeTo support the Sales Department by coordinating customer orders, maintaining accurate sales records, communicating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring that orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time. The sales Coordinator acts as a link between customers, Sales, Production, Distribution, Finance, and other concerned departments.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive customer inquiries, purchase orders, and sales requests and ensure they are properly recorded.Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents.Enter and update customer orders accurately in the ERP/SAP system.Verify product specifications, quantities, prices, payment terms, and requested delivery dates.Coordinate with Production Planning to confirm product availability and production schedules.Coordinate with Distribution and Logistics to arrange timely delivery of customer orders.Follow up on pending orders and keep customers informed about their order and delivery status.Communicate any delay, shortage, specification issue, or delivery concern to the Sales Manager and customer.Coordinate with Finance regarding customer credit limits, payment status, invoices, and overdue accounts.Maintain accurate customer information, price lists, contracts, quotations, and order records.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as requested by management.Monitor actual sales performance against targets and provide updated data to the Sales Manager.Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with Quality, Production, and other departments for investigation and resolution.Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of customer and commercial information.Support the Sales Manager and sales team in preparing presentations, reports, meetings, and customer visits.Follow approved company policies, pricing authorities, and sales procedures.Perform other related duties assigned by the Sales Manager.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales coordination, customer service, or order management, preferably in a manufacturing company.Experience using SAP or another ERP system is preferred.Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Required Skills and CompetenciesStrong communication and customer-service skills.Good coordination and follow-up abilities.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to organize work and manage several orders simultaneously.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Only For Saudi National
