Sales CoordinatorLocation: Industrial Area, SharjahIndustry: Blinds, Curtains and AutomationsSalary: AED 3,000–3,500 per monthShalimar Furniture Trading, a well-established, mid-sized blinds and curtains company in Sharjah, is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and assist with developing new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and process sales orders received from the sales team.Prepare accurate quotations for customers.Coordinate with sales representatives, customers and internal departments.Follow up on quotations, orders and customer enquiries.Receive, record and process client feedback.Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email and WhatsApp.Assist prospective customers who contact the company directly.Convert incoming enquiries into sales opportunities and help build relationships with new clients.Maintain accurate customer, quotation and sales records.Perform general sales administration and coordination duties.Candidate RequirementsFluent spoken and written English.Ability to communicate confidently in Hindi.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Good communication, organisation and follow-up skills.Professional and customer-focused attitude.Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines.Experience using Tally is an advantage but is not mandatory.Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service or administration is preferred.Working HoursMonday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Compensation and BenefitsMonthly salary of AED 3,000–3,500, depending on experience and suitability.Group health insurance.Return air ticket to the employee’s home country once every two years.Other employment benefits in accordance with applicable MOHRE regulations and UAE labour law.Candidates who are organised, confident when dealing with customers and interested in contributing to the growth of an established company are encouraged to apply.
