The company continues to expand its product portfolio and market reach, maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure a consistent supply of quality products at competitive prices.Key Responsibilities • Coordinate sales activities and customer requirements. • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related sales documentation. • Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and pending requirements. • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and share Statements of Account (SOA) when required. • Prepare and maintain inventory and debtor aging reports for management review. • Coordinate and follow up with shipping lines and suppliers regarding incoming shipments and delivery schedules. • Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain accurate customer, sales, inventory, and payment records. • Prepare regular sales and management reports. • Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and business coordination. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. • Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the chemical industry. • Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu. • Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills. • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word. • Experience with SOA, debtor aging, inventory reporting, and shipment coordination is preferred. • Candidates must currently be based in the UAE. • UAE experience in the chemical industry will be an added advantage.
