Acting as the vital link between Sales, Supply Chain, and key stakeholders, this role covers pre-sales support, project coordination, supplier communication, order management, and process improvement.RESPONSIBILITIESPresales SupportCreate accurate quotes and order forms for new business opportunities, delivering them promptly to the sales team and distributors.Sales DevelopmentChampion Salesforce adoption, ensuring accurate and detailed data entry across all hotel partner interactionsIdentify additional revenue opportunities at property, group, and management company level within the existing customer baseTrack customer contracts and proactively flag renewal windows ahead of timeLead corporate rollout of new business through structured project managementProject Coordination & Client DeliveryAct as liaison between sales and logistics to ensure committed delivery timelines are met; provide solutions and communications where deviations ariseTrack all project milestones, lead times, and dependenciesLiaise with Italy HQ, China suppliers, and internal teams to obtain timelines, packing lists, specs, and shipment detailsPrepare client delivery plans, status updates, and commercial documentationSupport new brand launches, custom product developments, and hotel partner onboardingProcess Standardisation & Operational ExcellenceBuild and maintain SOPs across logistics, warehousing, procurement, and client deliveryIntroduce project templates, trackers, and operational dashboardsImprove communication flows between UK, Italy, and ChinaImplement escalation pathways for delayed orders, missing documentation, or quality issuesTrack key customer contracts and flag renewal windows in advanceCross-Functional SupportSupport the Operations Manager with operational insights, reports, and presentationsProvide hands-on operational support including samples, packing, QC, and site visits as neededAct as operational liaison between the UK and HQ teamsABOUT YOU3–5 years' experience in sales support or operationsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Advanced Excel skillsSalesforce experience a plus, not requiredUnderstanding of the UK hospitality sectorExperience coordinating with 3PL partners and external suppliersComfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, from junior to directorProactive problem solver, calm under pressure, strong attention to detailStrong communicator, both internally and externallyHands-on with a can-do attitudeAble to work autonomously and flag issues proactivelyOrganised, structured, and able to manage multiple deadlinesThrives in a fast-paced environmentPERKSHybrid office/home workplaceDaily stocked “BRAVO BAR” snacks and munchies, for sweet or sour loversTwenty free personal care products per yearBirthday Leave to celebrate your special dayDiscounts with partner hotels locally and internationally50% discount off skincare partner TEMPLESPA on wide selection of luxury skincare, spa & beauty productsWelcome fragrance tapas and shot candle experience by JO LOVES including a personalized candleGenerous discounts from additional partner skincare, haircare, and fragrance brands
