Its operations are BSCI-audited and use OEKO-TEX certified yarn, reflecting a strong commitment to quality, ethical manufacturing, and compliance with global standards.Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, responsible for supporting daily sales activities and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers. This position manages order processing, prepares quotations, and follows up on inquiries to maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions. The role involves handling customer communication, tracking shipment and delivery schedules, and coordinating with production and logistics to meet deadlines and customer expectations. The Sales Coordinator also assists with basic sales reporting, maintains CRM or internal systems, and supports the sales team with documentation, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.Qualifications Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows.Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, support clients, and maintain long-term relationships.Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or textile environment is an advantage.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
