Sales Coordinator

Salary: $60,000-$70,000Insight Global is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support a leading residential home builder in the GTA. This role combines marketing coordination, sales administration, project management, and event support within a fast-paced new home construction environment.

Responsibilities

-Coordinate marketing campaigns, website updates, social media content, signage, floor plans, and sales collateral-Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage project timelines and approvals-Support new community launches, sales office openings, purchaser events, and broker events-Review Agreements of Purchase and Sale, process sales documentation, and maintain purchaser databases-Prepare sales, traffic, and marketing reports and provide ongoing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing teamRequired Skills & Experience-Previous experience in the new home building industry (builder or agency supporting builders)-Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment-Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Google -Analytics experience is an asset-Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldWe may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
