We're a 70+ person global company with a close-knit team of 11 at our North American headquarters.We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to sit at the intersection of our Sales, Operations, Supply and Inventory teams. You'll help keep orders moving, solve customer issues and make sure the right people have the right information to make good decisions. You'll get broad exposure to how our business works.What You'll DoYou'll become a key link between our customers and our commercial and operational teams. Your responsibilities will include:Coordinate customer and order needs across all four teamsTrack container availability and match orders to the best depotManage aging orders with customers, our Sales team and container depotsTroubleshoot pickup and depot issues, escalating when neededPartner with the Inventory Management team to keep pickups fluid and prevent issuesManage order entry for our customersIdentify recurring problems and help develop better ways of doing thingsWho We're Looking For1-3 years of professional experience is ideal, but it isn't a hard rule.
