As part of our continued growth, we are currently looking for talented professionals to join our Dubai office and contribute to our dynamic and fast-paced environment.About the RoleWe are looking for Sales Coordinator who will handle inbound calls in a high service quality level and provide support and assistance to the customer service team as Internal helpdesk.ResponsibilitiesReceiving orders/ inquiries via phone in a high service quality level.Recording all the orders received via phone and email.Processing all the orders with utmost accuracy and clarity.Effectively communicating with the customer on orders received, schedules, pricing, product availability, product delivery, sample requests/requirements, and order confirmations.Maintaining and coordinating with procurement for system updates, products, suppliers, pricing.QualificationsHands on experience in similar job role in food and beverage industryRequired SkillsProblem solving skillsClear communication – strong EnglishFriendly and positive attitudeOrder management - Process customer orders efficiently and accurately through database system and provided customer confirmation notifications.Time managementExperience on SAPExperience in F & V industry
