Experience precision in every bar—get in touch to discuss how we can support your next project.ResponsibilitiesProcess sales orders, prepare quotations, and issue invoices accurately and efficiently.Liaise daily with the production team (factory floor) and logistics to ensure Cut & Bend schedules align with client delivery requirements.Assist the Sales Manager and sales team with daily administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, delivery tracking, and basic product specifications (straight rebars & processed steel).Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory logs in our ERP system.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting delivery statuses and pending orders for the management team.Qualifications & Requirements:Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or a similar administrative role.Background in the Steel Industry, Construction Materials, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive team-player attitude.
