Location: Lowe Parel / Curry Road Job Summary:We seek an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team.

The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and ensure seamless communication between sales, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for updating the Sales Force Software on a Daily Basis. Timely support for sales executive for quotations, PI, SO & to file purchase ordersCheck every details before SO processing. Shipping & Billing address as per GST SO (Sales Order) details (Proper - Product code, quantity & price) Payment terms Outstanding RFD (Ready for dispatch) Transport /Courier Timely follow-up of dispatches & proper co-ordination Regularly update the CRM system with customer data, NBC & quotations

Requirements

1. Any Graduate2. 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination.3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.4. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Salary compensation - 2 LPA to 4 LPA
