The role requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced B2B environment.Key Responsibilities1. Order Lifecycle Management

• Track and manage orders from confirmation to final delivery
• Ensure timely execution and proactive follow-ups at every stage
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to avoid delays2. Cross-functional Coordination
• Work with cluster teams, procurement, operations, and logistics teams
• Ensure alignment between demand, supply, and execution
• Facilitate smooth communication across departments3. Stock Management & Availability
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking
• Coordinate with supply teams to maintain material availability
• Highlight potential stock shortages proactively4. Dispatch & Delivery Management
• Track dispatches and ensure on-time deliveries
• Coordinate urgent deliveries and resolve logistical challenges
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery updates5. Issue Tracking & Resolution
• Handle first-level resolution of wrong material and quality complaints
• Track all open issues with clear ownership, timelines, and next steps
• Ensure timely closure of issues to maintain service quality6. Escalation Management
• Escalate issues only when unresolved, repeated, high-value, or commercially critical
• Provide clear context and action plan during escalations
• Work towards minimizing repeat issues through process improvementsSkills & Experience We’re Looking For:Must-Have
