Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator – Medical Equipment Sector We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator for a global leading manufacturer of test and analytical systems for the clinical and pharmaceutical industries. This role will be working within their sales support function where you will be assisting the sales teams with bids/tenders and general sales support activities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare documentation and follow up on tender responses to ensure deadlines and timescales are met.Follow up on enquires and proposals to ensure customers receive a professional response within a timely manner.Maintain the company internal CRM systems to ensure documentation and tracking is up to date.Process orders and track deliveries to ensure customer expectations are adhered to.Essential ExperienceThree years’ work experience in a sales support/sales administration roleExperience working with SAP Software systems.Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.Fluent in French and English (both verbal and written)Desirable ExperienceExperience working with bids/tendersPrevious experience working in the medical/scientific or engineering sector.KEYWORDS: SAP, SALES SUPPORT, SALES COORDINATOR, TENDER, BID
