Sales Coordinator

The RoleWe're looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator – Outbound/Export Sales to join our team in Sharjah, UAE.This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in international sales coordination and mechanical fire protection products who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.You'll play an important role in supporting Rapidrop's international sales operations across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, managing customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders and export shipments.Working closely with our Area Sales Managers, customers and internal teams, you'll help ensure orders are processed efficiently and customers receive a professional and responsive service.What You'll Be DoingManaging international customer enquiries and preparing accurate commercial quotations.Processing customer purchase orders and sales orders through our ERP system.Coordinating with Area Sales Managers on pricing, product availability and customer requirements.Managing orders from initial enquiry through to shipment, invoicing and delivery follow-up.Liaising with warehouse, logistics and freight partners to coordinate international shipments.Preparing export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists and Certificates of Origin.Monitoring outstanding quotations, pending orders and delivery schedules.Working with Finance on payment terms, credit arrangements and international payment documentation.Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting sales reporting and forecasting.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple international customer accounts, communicate effectively and maintain a high level of accuracy.The successful applicant will have:A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.At least 5 years' experience in sales coordination, ideally within the fire protection industry.Good knowledge of mechanical fire protection products, including sprinklers, valves, fire hose equipment and fittings.Experience coordinating export sales and preparing international shipping documentation.A good understanding of Incoterms, export procedures and international payment terms.Experience using ERP/CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.Why Join Rapidrop?Rapidrop is an established international business supplying fire protection products and solutions to customers across global markets.You'll join a collaborative team where your contribution will directly support our international sales operations, customer relationships and continued business growth.Interested?If you have a background in export sales coordination, understand mechanical fire protection products and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.#Hiring #SalesCoordinator #ExportSales #SalesOperations #FireProtection #FireSafety #InternationalSales #UAEJobs #SharjahJobs #Rapidrop
