Sales Coordinator FMCG

Position SummaryThe Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Director & other team members responsible for business development in the Africa region. Based in Dubai, the candidate will act as a key liaison between the sales team and the Singapore head office, ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, and order fulfilment functions. The work time for this position will be adjusted to achieve maximum overlap with Singapore.Key responsibilities:Coordinate with the Procurement and Logistics teams at the Singapore head office to obtain product pricing and stock availability information.Update the Master Price & Stock List (combined list of stocks + updated pricing) on Bi-weekly basis.Maintain customer’s price list in case of specific pricing by market/customer.Distribute the updated Master Price List to all existing customers across the Africa twice a week. Address any clarifications, doubts the distributor might have with respect to this sheet and data.In cases of stock shortages, follow up with relevant departments to determine the expected arrival dates of incoming shipments and replenishment schedules.Obtain freight quotations and shipment-related cost information from the logistics department OR directly from the source website, as requiredTrack and monitor the status of shipments from origin to destination and communicate updates to the Sales team/Distributors.Coordinate with the relevant personnel in Singapore to obtain container loading pictures and shipment documentation when goods are dispatched.Respond promptly to customer requests for product images by retrieving the required photographs from the company's shared OneDrive repository and sharing them through the appropriate communication channels.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain any additional product information or supporting documentation required by customers to facilitate sales conversionsRequirements (Qualifications & Experience):Bachelor’s degree (any stream)Must be based out of Dubai. Preferred nationality: India/Filipino5-7 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Logistics Coordination, Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales SupportPrevious experience within FMCG, Distribution, Trading industries is highly preferredAbility to manage competing priorities and handle pressure effectivelyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint is a mustAbility to coordinate effectively across sales, warehouse, logistics, and customer teamsBenefitsSalary: AED 7,000 - AED 8,000 per month (depending upon experience) + Other Benefits as per company Norms and UAE Labor Law
