Job SummaryRAM Mounts Middle East is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to work closely with and support our Sales Manager in day-to-day operations. In this dual-faceted role, you will act as the vital bridge between customers, sales management, and our factory logistics. The ideal candidate will handle administrative sales tasks, manage data within our CRM, generate fresh business leads, coordinate seamless shipments, and actively manage our online business/e-commerce operations.Key ResponsibilitiesThe chosen candidate will prepare accurate, timely quotes and handle daily customer inquiries with highly professional correspondence. You will manage and overlook the day-to-day online business channels, process web orders, update online product availability, and assist in digital customer support. Part of your daily routine will involve proactively identifying and qualifying new business prospects to build a healthy sales pipeline while actively scheduling B2B meetings and managing calendars for the Sales Manager. Additionally, you will liaise directly with the factory to arrange on-time shipments, manage local/international deliveries, and schedule carrier pick-ups for both standard and online orders. To ensure seamless operations, you will monitor and keep precise, real-time track of physical stock levels to prevent supply gaps across all channels. Finally, you will maintain detailed records of all interactions, customer details, and pipelines by logging daily tasks meticulously into the company CRM software.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in a Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Junior Sales role. Experience handling e-commerce backends or digital sales platforms is highly preferred.License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Technical Advantage: Prior basic technical, mechanical, or electronics knowledge is a distinct advantage, enabling you to better understand the RAM Mounts product ecosystem.Skills: Excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, strict attention to detail, and a comfortable familiarity with online retail flows.Software: Hands-on experience navigating CRM systems and web store backends (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).Salary & BenefitsSalary: As per UAE market standards (commensurate with experience).Standard UAE labor law benefits (Visa, medical insurance, and annual leave).
