Apply & track with Apply EdgeYour new roleAs a Sales Coordinator within the Spare Parts Sales team, you will play a key role in supporting customers by managing spare parts enquiries, quotations, order processing, and delivery coordination. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, product headquarters, and customers to ensure efficient order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction. Success in this role is measured through accurate quotation preparation, timely order processing, effective coordination, and strong customer support. Your responsibilitiesProcess spare parts enquiries, including supplier enquiries, customer quotations, and purchase orders.Prepare quotations for spare parts, workshop services, and onboard services in compliance with company guidelines.Coordinate with logistics teams, suppliers, and freight companies to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and engine components.Manage spare parts and engine component orders throughout the sales process.Collaborate with Everllence Product Headquarters on order fulfillment and delivery schedules.Monitor and control delivery dates for customer sales orders.Analyze sales activities and customer enquiries and prepare periodic reports.Maintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and related documentation.Support customers by responding to enquiries and providing order-related updates.Visit customers within the assigned sales region when required to strengthen relationships and support business objectives. What you'll bringRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.Experience in spare parts sales or a related technical sales environment.Good understanding of engines and engine components.Strong commercial awareness and customer service orientation.Proficiency in SAP Business One and related sales/order management systems.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English. Preferred qualificationsExperience working within the marine, power, or heavy engineering industry.Experience coordinating international spare parts logistics and freight activities.Knowledge of PrimeServ Shop or similar service management systems.Experience preparing sales reports and analyzing customer enquiries and sales performance.
